Summit 2023: Head to Head and Heart to Heart

February 3-5, 2023 in Lloyminster, AB

Rare Earth Outreach hosts an intimate Annual Summit and Awards gathering during which the Foundation holds an informal meeting of like-minded souls for some incredible conversations and experiences, as well as a formal dinner during which the the Awards and Scholarship* winners are announced.

Registration for this year's Summit is now open. Prices range from $275 to $425 based on accommodation preferences and include food, swag, and programming. Registrations received before January 8th, 2023 automatically receive a $50 discount and Shooting Range alumni are eligible for an additional $50 savings! But... there are very limited spaces - so sign up soon so you don't miss out!

In Year One, the Summit will be held ~15 minutes north of Lloydminster, AB from February 3-5, 2023 at a picturesque location in a ridiculously photogenic lake house near the Onion Lake Cree Nation and the site of an important battle fought by the Northwest Rebellion in 1885. The Summit is packed with a variety of activities including creative shoots, nature hikes, aurora chasing, and special guests joining us from within our community, fostering an opportunity for professional creatives to play, explore, share, network, engage, and connect, head to head and heart to heart.

*Please note there will be no Friday Awards Dinner in 2022. Our First Awards will be presented at the first Official Summit planned for November 10 - 12, 2023.
